Customer Information
Floorex collects personally identifiable information, such as your e-mail address, name, home or work address, or telephone number. Floorex also collects anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your address, age, gender, preferences, and interests.

How does Floorex use my information?
Floorex does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties. Floorex may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In addition, Floorex may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. Floorex Communications
By subscribing to Floorex emails, you can expect to receive an automated email confirming your details have been successfully added to the list. Email communications will be sent using the contact details provided and will contain information on products, promotions, and other marketing communications. You can expect to receive emails on average once per month, depending on the time of year. If you wish to opt out of promotional Floorex emails, you can do so by clicking unsubscribe in the body of the email. We will not share, sell, rent, swap, or authorize any third party to use your email address without your permission. If you feel you have received an email from us in error, please contact our web administration at sales@floorex.co.nz.
